Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Slotdropped, a paid automation service that books BBDC practical lesson slots on a Customer's behalf. Slotdropped is not affiliated with BBDC.

The service

A Customer provides their own BBDC login credentials and authorizes Slotdropped to use them to monitor for, and book, lesson slots matching the Customer's stated preferences. Slotdropped acts only within the account the Customer already owns — it does not create BBDC accounts, and it does not act outside the scope of watching for and booking slots.

Credits and payment

Monitoring runs are paid for with Credits, purchased through the Customer Portal. A Credit is consumed to start a monitoring run and is not refunded for a run that completes without finding a slot, since the service performed the monitoring it was paid for.

Refund policy

Credits are non-refundable, including unused Credits sitting in a Customer's balance. Because of this, buy only as many Credits as you expect to use — don't over-buy on the assumption they can be cashed back out later.

No guarantee of a booking

Slotdropped cannot guarantee that a slot will become available, that it will be booked successfully once available, or that BBDC will accept the booking. BBDC's own site behavior, availability, and account status are outside Slotdropped's control.

Account risk

Automated use of a BBDC account carries some risk of action by BBDC against that account (e.g. suspension), independent of anything Slotdropped does incorrectly. By using Slotdropped, the Customer accepts this risk as it applies to their own BBDC account.

Termination

A Customer may stop monitoring and stop using Slotdropped at any time. Slotdropped may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service.
